Bruce,

Are you doing serialization installs? It's a little tricky in that way. It wasn't intuitive for me, but have the solution now after much patient help from the productivity support people.

Re: [Micronet] Adobe CS6

Bruce Satow
Hi Beth,

I used to, but now I am doing the registered user method.  I think the problem may of been at Adobe's side at the time we were installing it.  The network connection to them was pretty funky,  but now it seems okay.  Not exactly sure what was or is going on.  I know that one of the Adobe servers was hacked and their certificates were stolen a little while back so maybe that was an issue, but it seems to have currently disappeared.

Very strange.  I couldn't put my finger on it.

:)

Lawrence Sweet

I concur with Bruce – my experience has been that the adobe download was unreliable in the past but has been solid over perhaps the last 6 months.
