Hi Luke,

There was a power event that occurred in Sproul Hall on Tuesday
morning.  This has has some strange consequences to AirBears in the
buildings that connect via Sproul Hall.  Thank you for placing your
trouble ticket with the IST Service Desk to help you and your fellow
building residents get service restored.  We are looking into the root
cause of this issue, but the nature that it presents itself makes it
difficult to determine which access points have problems.

If anyone else is experiencing problems with AirBears, please use
the established procedure of reporting porblems to the IST Service Desk
at 2-8500.

Thank you,
Gary Thomas
