[Micronet] [Announce] Google Calendar unavailable

Hi all:

Google Calendar is currently unavailable.  We do not currently have an ETA for when this issue will be resolved. Check Google’s App Status Dashboard at  http://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=en&v=status for updates.

[Micronet] [Announce] Re: Google Calendar unavailable

All:

A couple more pieces of info to share:

1) This is a worldwide outage at Google, not something here on campus.  We’re waiting for them to fix it.

2) Folks may be able to see their calendars by using their mobile phones.  It’ll be a slightly out-of-date cached (offline, not being updated) version, but it’s better than nothing.

We’ll keep you updated,

I checked the status update page, it appears to have nothing except blank graphs

You can get more detail on the Calendar outage by clicking the orange circle to the left of “Google Calendar” on that page.

Google is saying it’s has some users back online, and I seem to be able to log into my calendar.  Anyone else wanna try to see if maybe we (campus) are back online?

We have had a few reports that people have been able to access their calendars, but we are waiting on the official all-clear from Google. We'll pass that along as soon as we get it.
