UC Berkeley’s use of Salesforce.com has grown rapidly over the past few years. (Currently there are more than thirty instances of Salesforce.) Join us as we kick off a Berkeley Salesforce Community of Practice to share knowledge and best practices. The format for our first meeting will be brown bag lunch with facilitated discussion about launching a Community of Practice. Even if you're only considering using Salesforce, please feel welcome to join us.
Possible Berkeley Salesforce Community of Practice Goals:
Provide a forum for Berkeley campus Salesforce users, administrators, programmers, and interested others
Provide demos and discussion of Berkeley custom-designed systems and use cases
Discuss common issues including: design, configuration, programming, training, use, and reporting
