[Micronet] Dell Ordering Support

  I've been having a great deal of difficulty reaching Dell's campus
representatives recently, especially Jonna Watson. From too many and too
long recent online and telephone contacts with Dell, it seems that only
she is allowed or able to give us such secret and proprietary
information as the size of Dell's laptop batteries.

Has Dell cut back on personnel to such an extent that there is no longer
any pre-sales support? At least when TSW still existing, I could discuss
things with TSW staff.

Amy Hogenhout, UC Berkeley's dedicated campus outside rep has been on maternity leave since mid-June. She is expected back sometime next month in September. That may be part of the reason why Jonna Watson has taken longer than usual to get back to endusers recently.
