9:30-10:15 Google Guide Overview
  • Role of the Google Guide
  • Timeline
    • Provisioning New Accounts
    • Migrating messages from CalMail to bMail
  • How to prepare for the email migration
  • How to stay informed
  • Access to support, training, and training vouchers
10:30-Noon bMail
Noon-1:00 Lunch (on your own)
1:00-2:30 Drive
3:00-4:30 bCal

The sessions on bMail, Drive, and bCal will provide a demo and overview of each application.  We encourage you to attend these sessions if:

  • You’re new to the Google Apps
  • You’ve used the consumer versions and want to see the differences between those and bConnected; or
  • You’d like a refresher

Please sign up for the Kickoff and demos via the UC Learning Center in Blu.  This will help us get a participant count for the day. And feel free to pass this invitation on to others who may be interested in becoming a bConnected Google Guide, and ask them to RSVP for the Kickoff as well.
