Is there anyone out there with a fair amount of expertise in Linux that would be willing to troubleshoot an issue with a Linux server in one of the Bio labs? They used to be able to ssh in, and now they (the users) cannot. It doesn't appear to be a network issue, as there is no firewall or router between the user and the server, and they can ping the server from any of the machines on the subnet. It probably isn't an issue on the user computers, because it happened to all of the computers in the lab at once.
If you might be willing to help, please let me know off-list and I will put you in touch with the lab in question.
