[Micronet] Imagine, Business Continuity, and CalMail Queues Go Live with ServiceNow Cohort 2
We are pleased to announce that on Thursday, September 24, 2015, Imagine, Business Continuity, and the CalMail queues in GoogleApps adopted the ServiceNow platform for Incident Management and Service Request as part of Cohort 2 of the IST-ServiceNow Project.
In addition, Research IT is on track for an October 1st Go Live.
These groups join the three groups previously migrated in Cohort 1 in this large-scale project to consolidate into ServiceNow approximately 35 FootPrints queues and other ticketing tools currently used in IST for Incident Management and Service Requests. ServiceNow will increase efficiencies by allowing groups to easily manage and triage incidents across workgroups within the platform.
Information about the IST efforts to move to ServiceNow as “One System for Service” can be found on the ServiceNow website.
