[Micronet] Printer Repair services

Beth Muramoto
My apologies for posing this question again. I know we talked about this recently, likely as recently as last year because I do remember it being discussed, but when I went to the Micronet web site to do a search for it because I didn't want to bother people again with it here, I couldn't find the reference to the discussion. If someone can send me the link to where it is on Micronet, I'll be grateful for that as well.

With that preface that I did try to avoid posting the same question, can people recommend a good printer repair service that will do on-site repairs and if there are any that don't require an annual service contract?

I was using Computer Care and now they've gone to the annual service contract. Given that luckily, we don't have a lot of printers and they don't need constant repair or maintenance (we called them just 5 times last year for 5 printers), I want to avoid committing to an annual service contract if I can.

Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks for enduring another round with this question.

Beth

Hi Beth:

That's just a page of search results, but it points you to several threads in the past year that discuss that topic.

Hope that helps,

Ian
