Nadine Marturano
Has anyone used a reliable service provider for printer repairs lately?

Thanks,

I've used Quality Copier Service & Supplies, a one-man operation by a guy named Lance who makes premises calls in his van. Phone is (510) 526-3033. He is willing to leave an invoice and wait for payment through BFS.

Nadine,

I highly recommend Resolution Inc. They have been very reliable. You might want to "window shop" for pricing, but for the onsite repair and the very accommodating service, for me, it has been worth the money. The service reps and the techs are very friendly and their customer service is impeccable in my view.

Hi Nadine,

We’ve used the Cartridge Family for all printer and copier repairs and toner for years.  They offer same day service within hours and are locally owned.  Their lead tech Mario can works wonders with old printers and has been 100% reliable for the last 5 years.  They are in Bearbuy too I believe.
