[Micronet] Rate and other changes for IST's system support services

Ist-Comm Departmental

Good afternoon,

Effective October 1, 2010, IST–Windows and Unix Services' hourly system administration recharge rates have increased. In addition, IST standardized its system support offerings to provide more comparable services across platforms, with substantial savings in the Linux platform.

Highlights

  • To support customer demand and greater service simplification, service level options have been reduced from three levels, Bronze, Silver, and Gold, to two, Standard and Extended.
  • Bronze customers will automatically be subscribed to Standard.
  • Silver customers will automatically be subscribed to Standard unless otherwise specified. Customers who wish to migrate to Extended should contact IST Technical Account Management (TAM), [hidden email].
  • Gold customers will automatically be subscribed to Extended.
  • Windows and Linux services have been separated from Solaris (on the Sun platform) and AIX (on the IBM platform).

Your colleagues in IST
