Join Daniel Peake, Director of IT ServiceManagement for IST, to learn about serviceenabling efforts underway at UC Berkeley. Daniel will present the most recent road map for ITSM, explore the relationship between services and underlying processes, review the importance of measurement for process management and improvement, and discuss why we should strive to develop a common service experience for providers and customers alike.
