[Micronet] Sharing nonGoogle Files in bDrive : Multiple Versions

Tim Heidinger
Hi all,

FWIW, you can keep multiple versions of non-Google formatted files (i.e. MS Office) on bDrive, see https://support.google.com/drive/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=2409045, note limits to how many versions are kept.

This is really handy if you want to share non-Google content because the content can change but the URL people are using to get the content stays the same.

2. However, you can download the doc from Drive, work on it in MS Office on your desktop, then re-upload to Drive.
