[Micronet] Start of Semester Student Systems Freeze

Ist-Comm Departmental
Good afternoon,

IST is implementing our customary two-week freeze on changes impacting
student systems.  The freeze begins at 7:00 am, Friday, August 20, 2010,
and lasts through 5:00 pm, Friday, September 3, 2010.  For additional
detail and exception request instructions, please refer to the
corresponding iNews article.

Due to the high volume of activity at the start of the semester, please be
advised that you may notice delays when provisioning IST services
unrelated to student systems during this period.

Regards,

Dr. Michael R Mundrane
Deputy Chief Information Officer
University of California, Berkeley
