James Dudek, Business Systems Analyst, Student Service Systems

At the May BPAWG session, we learned how to make high level process maps using post-it notes and flip chart paper.   This is an excellent way to start your work in diagramming work processes.  But how do you move from paper and post-its to eye-popping flow charts?   First you come to this session!  We will have an overview of three tools which can be used to do this work:  Visio, Omnigraffle and BizAgi.   Handouts for the session are up for your review and can be found at http://idmg.berkeley.edu/summerseries.htm
