[Micronet] TSW Contact Info Needed

Charles Lam
Happy Friday!

I have a user who requests a purchase record from The Scholar's Workstation
which was closed over two years ago.   This request is kind of urgent and
unfortunately, we are not able to find any TSW contact.  Any direction in
contacting the right person would be highly appreciated!

Charles,

I'm not sure about what happens to financial record keeping when a unit is closed down or absorbed, but you might try contacting Ashley McCullogh who oversees the Cal Student store and who's email is [hidden email]. She might have legacy records, but I'm just speculating.

Hi Charles,

Donald Wong with Shared Services was the last holder of the database. But that was three years ago. I'm not sure anybody has a copy anymore. Don should be able to at least point you toward who has access to the file.

The server it resided on at that time was already landfilled a year earlier. The transaction system could not be maintained without staff, and it went offline. But Don was presented with a flat file copy of the transaction records in csv format. And he would provide what data he could when requests came in.
