[Micronet] just file in windows 7n

It is in the same place as previous versions of Windows

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

You can't navigate to it cleanly without some UAC alerts.  Maybe the default
ACLs gave you some grief when trying to access the file.

Lucy,

Assuming Windows is in the default location, you should be able to find it in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\.  When you open a command prompt make sure you open it with elevated privileges (Run as administrator), otherwise the file will be read-only.
