[Micronet] micro net hijacked messages

Lucy Greco
Hello: every time I send mail to the list in the last two days I seem to
file a help desk ticket with the alumni help desk. Is someone forwarding to
the address thanks Lucy

Thanks for reporting this, Lucy.

I checked the Micronet membership roster for addresses containing
strings like 'alum', 'desk', 'help', and 'service', and didn't find
any obvious candidates.  The only address that looked like it might be
for a help desk is [hidden email].

If any Micronet member knows whether this or any other subscribed
address might be forwarding to, or otherwise might be triggering the
creation of tickets with, the alumni help desk, could you either
unsubscribe that address (if you're the owner), or write me directly
to discuss?

Thanks much!
